Bright Beer Tank
Jacketed Bright Beer Tanks are available from 1 barrel to 100 or more barrels. The Bright(Brite) tank have the dish cover at top & bottom with the Cylinder Boday. All tanks are food grade stainless steel 304 with a 3 mm thickness for 3BBL-70BBL, while larger tanks have a 4 mm thickness. The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated polyurathane fill. All tanks are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. The inside of the tanks are polished to Ra>.22um and the outside is a brushed / Satin finish. All tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume.

4 stainless steel legs with leveling footpads

Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.2~0.4 μm, hygiene surface
All Interior welds ground to a smooth0.2~0.4 μm sanitary finish
Flanged and dished head top and bottom
10% headspace unless a different volume is requested
Combined drain extensions and beer port are standard
Top manway or side manway door
Dual zone in sidewall and bottom dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet
Polyurethane insulation thickness 50mm for cooling jacket on side and bottom
Non welding CIP arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball
Carbonation system with micron stone
Solenoid valve, pressure relief valve (safe valve) are standard.
