1. IQC inspect: 100% high quality stainless steel,all the material in accordance with the sanitary standard.
2. Auto polish&precise polish mannually,Ra≤0.22μm.
3. Skilled welder operation,which weld coefficient 0.85.
4. PQC Inspect:
a. The QC inspect the quality during manufacturing to insure the quality;
b. All the jacket tested under pressure;
c. All the mechanical device will be tested;
d. Pneumatic test in jacket: up to 6 bar(90PSI),special order depend on customer;
e. Presure maintain 48 hrs at least for safety testing.
5. FQC,OQC inspection to make the tanks in accordance with ISO,CE etc.
6. Clean all tanks, get ready to pack&load.
